POE Complete is a fan-made toolset for Path of Exile 2. It runs build exports through the real Path of Building 2 calculation engine, prices items against live public market data, and offers related tools — a build grader, an item crafter, a loot filter generator, a farming guide, a trending "Hot List", and an AI assistant called Lulie.
By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
The site is in open beta. Features will change, break, and occasionally be removed. We may reset or lose data during the beta period. Don't treat POE Complete as the only copy of anything you care about — keep your own Path of Building exports.
Grades, DPS figures, effective HP, costs, crafting odds and boss kill-time estimates are computed from the Path of Building 2 engine, from public market data, and in some cases from clearly-labeled estimates and simulations. They can be wrong. Market prices move, the game gets patched, and our own models are approximations. Every estimate on the site is labeled as one — please read those labels before spending currency based on what you see here.

You need an account to create builds. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done under your account. Give us a real email address — we use it to verify your account and to send password resets and build-review notifications.
We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service, and we'll tell you why when we do.
You keep ownership of everything you submit. Builds you create are private to your account by default.
If you submit a build to be published — or if you're an approved creator publishing directly — you're giving us permission to display it publicly on the site, including its name, stats, gear, passive tree, and your display name. You can delete a build at any time, which removes it from public view.
Don't submit content that's illegal, abusive, hateful, or that impersonates someone else. We review builds submitted for publication and can decline them.
Some features require a paid plan (currently Plus at $4.99/month and Premium at $9.99/month). Plans are monthly and renew automatically until you cancel.
Lulie is powered by a large language model. It can be confidently wrong. It has access to real tools on this site — your build's real computed stats, a live Path of Exile 2 wiki lookup, and live prices — and it's much more reliable when answering from those than when answering from memory. Check anything that matters before acting on it.
What you type into Lulie, and any screenshots you upload to it, are sent to our AI provider to generate a response. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Please don't scrape the site, hammer it with automated requests, try to break into other people's accounts, or resell access to paid features. If you want bulk or programmatic access to something here, ask us instead — there's a good chance we'll just say yes.

POE Complete uses the open-source Path of Building 2 project for its calculations, under that project's own license.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from your use of it — including in-game currency or items lost by acting on something the site told you. If we are found liable regardless, our total liability is limited to what you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change and material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use POE Complete after a change means you accept it.
