Last updated 20 September 2026. What we store, why, and who else sees it.

The short version

What we collect

When you make an account: your email address, a hashed password (we can't read your actual password), an optional display name shown on builds you publish, and your league preference for pricing. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account's email address and account id instead of a password.

When you use the tools: the build exports you submit and everything derived from them (gear, passive tree, skills, computed stats), items you create in the Item Crafter, and your loot filter preferences.

When you talk to Lulie: your messages and any screenshots you upload, stored so the conversation persists between visits.

When you subscribe: a Stripe customer id and subscription id, your plan and its status, and — if you used a streamer's referral code — which streamer referred you. Card numbers, expiry dates and CVCs never reach our servers.

Automatically: ordinary server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) kept for security and debugging, and a limited rate-limiting record tied to your email or IP for things like password-reset requests.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of processors, and only for what they do:

We also fetch public data from poe.ninja, pathofexile.com and the Path of Exile 2 wiki for prices, ladder data and item information. That's outbound only — nothing about you is sent to them.

We don't sell personal data, and we don't run advertising networks or third-party analytics.

Cookies

One cookie: a signed session cookie that keeps you logged in for about 30 days. It carries no tracking identifiers and isn't shared with anyone. Clearing it logs you out; that's all it does.

What's public and what isn't

Builds you create are private to your account by default. A build becomes publicly visible only when you submit it for publication and it's approved, or when an approved creator publishes it directly.

A published build shows its name, computed stats, gear, passive tree and your display name. It does not show your email address. If you'd rather not be named, set a display name — or leave the build unpublished.

Your Lulie conversations and your unpublished builds are visible only to you and to site administrators.

How long we keep it

Account data and builds are kept until you delete them or ask us to delete your account. Chat history is kept so your conversations persist. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and debugging. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Because this is a beta, data may also be reset as part of development — see the Terms.

Your choices

You can change your display name and league from the account menu, delete any build you own from its page, and cancel a subscription at any time.

To get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account entirely, email mancavegamingttv@gmail.com from your account's email address and we'll handle it.

If you're in the UK/EU, you have the usual GDPR rights — access, correction, erasure, portability and objection — and you can exercise them the same way.

Children

POE Complete isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we'll update the date above and say so on the site.
