Farm Delirium rewards efficiently by stacking tablets and hitting reward tiles before the boss.

This strategy uses three Delirium tablets per map to maximize encounter frequency and reward density. You can run maps with basic alch-and-go rolls or target specific modifiers if you want to push profits higher. Mods that increase Simulacrum Splinter stack size, boost Unique Boss spawns during Delirium encounters, or enhance Fracturing Mirror drops are all worth considering depending on your goals. The core execution is straightforward: progress through the map hitting as many Delirium reward tiles as possible on your way to the boss, then end the encounter only after you've killed the final boss. This ensures you don't cut the encounter short and miss rewards.

• For waystones, you're mainly looking for a 6-mod waystone so you can slot all three tablets effectively. The specific modifiers on the waystone don't matter much.
