Grand Expedition Farming

Forbidden Rites · Tier S

S-tier farming with optimized tablets, waystones, and rune selection for consistent endgame profits.

Success in Grand Expeditions hinges on three core investment areas. First, secure high-quality tablets: prioritize Irradiated tablets with "Map has 2 additional random map modifiers" paired with either Monster effect or increased number of rares. For budget runs, cheaper tablets with two of these three modifiers work on non-Aldur Saga maps, though loot suffers. On the waystone side, 8-mod waystones with high monster effect roll best for returns, with monster rarity as a solid secondary. Corrupting your own 70% effect 6-mod waystones offers the cheapest entry point. For Atlas Master, Jado's passives—Unexpected Missions, Eastern Knowledge, Partial Translations, and Kjeen appraisal—provide the best results. During actual runs, rune priority shifts based on expedition phase. Early on, aim to accumulate as many good runes as possible without obsessing over counts; Opulent is the standout S-tier rune that dramatically increases loot, so rush toward it when available. As the expedition progresses, target 7+ rune combinations for maximum rewards. Aggressively reroll whenever you see 5, 6, or 7-rune clusters—your base never needs to be bad. Always keep any 7+ rune combination near the end, and always reroll 5-rune starts that lack good purple runes. Maintain a floor of at least 3 Divines on rewards; below that, pickiness depends on the map's overall rune quality.
